Dominic Francis Moraes (19 July 1938 – 2 June 2004) [2] was an Indian writer and poet who published nearly 30 books in English. His father was one of the most prominent and respected journalists of post-independence India, the editor of major newspapers such as The Times of Indi a and the Indian Express, and the author of important books on South Asian current events, including two biographies of Jawaharlal Nehru.
