Nelson Mandela University, formerly Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, is a public university in South Africa. Established in 2005, it comprises the former University of Port Elizabeth , the Port Elizabeth Technikon and Vista University's Port Elizabeth campus.

Applications for such certificates must be made to the Matriculation board directly: https://mb.usaf.ac.za/. Applicants will have to comply with the minimum Applicant Score (AS) set for the UG qualification they wish to apply for, as well as meet any other additional subject requirements directly.
