About Us. Lyman Hall High School, named to honor a prominent citizen of Revolutionary-era Wallingford who was among the signers of the Declaration of Independence, was constructed on its present 39 acre campus in southeast Wallingford in 1957. The current Wallingford Town Hall was the previous Lyman Hall site.
