In 1965, Prince Kraft married Princess Charlotte Alexandra von Croÿ, an art historian, long-time representative for Germany at Christies and later board member of the Hohenloher Kunstverein. Princess Charlotte was instrumental in the reconstruction of the castle, which burnt down in 1963.
