Enmebaragesi (Sumerian: 𒂗𒈨𒁈𒄄𒋛 Enmebárgisi [EN-ME-BARA 2-GI 4-SE]) originally Mebarasi (𒈨𒁈𒋛) was the penultimate king of the first dynasty of Kish and is recorded as having reigned 900 years in the Sumerian King List.
Enmebaragesi was the king of Kish, in northern Babylonia, and the first historical personality of Mesopotamia. Enmebaragesi is known from inscriptions about him on fragments of vases of his own time, as well as from later traditions.

Enmebaragesi, king of Kish, is the oldest Mesopotamian ruler from whom there are authentic inscriptions. These are vase fragments, one of them found in the temple oval of Khafajah (Khafājī).
