Multinational record label active from 1967 (outside the US and Canada) and December 1972 (USA and Canada). It was also the name of MCA Inc. 's recorded music division from early 1970 when the US Decca Records was renamed, to April 1971 when it was folded into MCA Records, Inc.

MCA Nashville operates as part of the Universal Music Group Nashville and was founded in 1945 by Paul Cohen as the country music division of Decca Records in New York. In 1955 the country music division along with many of its contemporaries moved to Nashville, TN.
