Marte Mjøs Persen (født 1975) er en norsk politiker som er stortingsrepresentant for Hordaland. Hun var olje- og energiminister i i Jonas Gahr Støres regjering fra oktober 2021 til mars 2022 og arbeids- og inkluderingsminister i samme regjering fra 7. mars 2022 til 16. oktober 2023.
