Cai Dafeng (Chinese: 蔡达峰; pinyin: Cài Dáfēng; born 1960) is a Chinese politician and architect currently serving as chairperson of the Central Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy (2017–present) and Vice Chairperson of the 13th National People's Congress Standing Committee (2018–present).

蔡达峰，男，汉族，1960年6月生，浙江宁波人，民进成员，1985年7月参加工作，同济大学建筑系建筑历史与理论专业毕业，研究生学历，工学博士学位，教授。

曾主持多项全国重点与上海市级文物保护单位的建筑修复项目与上海市社科项目。负责完成了一系列文物建筑的保护与修复方面的设计研究工作，先后主持过上海市文物保护单位“上海黄道婆墓设计”、全国重点文物保护单位“豫园东部修复设计”、 “豫园古戏院设计” 与“豫园文物楼设计”、全国重点文物保护单位“真如寺塔设计”与“真如寺规划设计”、上海市文物保护单位“崇明孔庙学宫重建规划”与“崇明孔庙大成殿重建设计”、上海市文物保护单位“松江云间第一楼重建设计”以及“上海博物馆新馆贵宾厅何东轩室内古园林设计”等。
1995年被评为上海市高校优秀青年教师，1997年获“宝钢教育奖”，1999年获上海市“育才奖”。
