陳蕾 （英語： Panther Chan ，1990年10月29日 — ），出生於 廣州市 ， 香港 創作女歌手 ，活躍於 香港樂壇 ，2009年参加第一屆《 亞洲星光大道 》获得第四名，其後2014年参加 《中国好歌曲》第一季 成为 楊坤 戰隊16強學員，參賽原創歌曲為《誰搞的情人節》。 2017年自組獨立音樂品牌「自由意志」，正式以獨立音樂人的身份推出屬於她認為真正的代表作《Run Away》及《娛樂人生》，直至2019年正式加盟 華納唱片 [5] 。 陳蕾曾於2018至2020年接連在《 叱咤樂壇流行榜頒獎典禮 》獲得唱作人銅獎，並於2020年獲得 叱咤樂壇女歌手 銀獎，以及《 第四十三屆十大中文金曲 》CASH創作歌手銀獎。
