2020: I-LAND
On June 1, 2020, Sunoo, along with trainees Jake, Sunghoon, Heeseung, K, and Daniel, via Twitter was revealed as an I-LAND contestant. It was also revealed he had been a trainee for ten months. On September 18, 2020, he ranked 8th place, but he was chosen by the producers, becoming a part of the official lineup of ENHYPEN.

Sunoo (선우) is a South Korean singer under Belift Lab. He is a member of the boy group ENHYPEN. On June 1, 2020, Sunoo was introduced as a contestant in the CJ ENM and Big Hit Entertainment's reality survival show I-LAND.[1]
ENHYPEN is the first boyband created by BELIFT LAB, consisting of seven multinational members JUNGWON, HEESEUNG, JAY, JAKE, SUNGHOON, SUNOO and NI-KI. They are the finalists of global music competition show ‘I-LAND,’ which finished airing in September 2020.
