If the definition of a B-Western series is that of a number of films made by the same production company or studio starring the same actor, then this film qualifies as the last of the B-western series films made for theatre distribution, although there were many cheap-jack B-westerns made after "Two Guns and Badge".
Drifter Jim Blake finds Bartlett's dead body and, after taking his monogrammed guns, buries him and heads for Outpost. Near town, Jim is shot at, but is unable to catch the gunman. Jim then meets Gail Sterling, daughter of prominent rancher Bill Sterling, who, along with her fiancé, Dick Grant, was opposed to hiring a gunman.
