  6. Young Bob Milbourne (Sammy McKim) sees his family murdered by Blake (Arthur Loft) but promises his dying father that he'll get revenge without violence. Milbourne later becomes a lawyer under the name Robert Mills (Don "Red" Barry) and pursues Blake, who rules the town with an iron fist. Blake has also intimidated Judge Charles Bennett (Eddy Waller) into doing his bidding. Soon, however, Mills gets help in his quest from Bennett's disgruntled daughter, Jane (Julie Duncan).
