Overview. After his divorced wife dies, Jim Burke takes their son who she had been raising and he hasn't seen in many years. Jim Burke is a tough, hard-nosed construction boss on engineering projects, and he is looking forward to molding Little Jim into his own image.
While working on a project in Rockville, Utah, hard-boiled construction boss Jim Burke learns in a letter from his attorney, Horace Toomey, that his twelve-year-old son Jimmy, Jr. can now spend summers with his father as part of a ten-year-old divorce settlement.
