We follow the story of a young girl who has stolen cocaine from criminals, and a crooked jobless young man who; they decide to get married for some god unknown reason. At the same time we follow a middle aged bar owner, of the decrepit 'Boomerang'. The rest of the movie jumps from one non sensible joke to the next all in hilarious fashion.
