Fearing that his people will not accept a female successor, King Ganapathideva (Krishnam Raju) conceals his daughter's gender and raises her as a boy. Years later, when trouble brews, Rudhramadevi (Anushka Shetty) saves her kingdom from its enemies and is crowned Queen.
