Talkback Thames (stylised as talkbackTHAMES) was a British television production company, a division of Fremantle (part of the RTL Group, which in turn is owned by Bertelsmann ). It was formed by the merger of Talkback Productions and Thames Television.
Talkback’s debut Netflix format hailed as their “biggest competition show ever” by Ted Sarandos. The steamy reality show where singles lose money for any sexual contact, stormed the Netflix most-watched charts all over the world.
Talkback was sold to Pearson Television in 2000. The company merged with Thames Television in 2003 and the combined entity was renamed Talkback Thames. However, on 1 January 2012, Talkback Thames was split into four separate production companies; Boundless, Retort, Talkback and Thames.

In 2007 The British Council for Offices publication featured 13 UK office buildings, one of which was TalkBack TV Productions. In 2004 the same project was judged ‘Best In Europe – Office’, one of the five best new office buildings in Europe, by an international panel of judges convened by the German architectural journal AIT.
