John Kenneth Bush (born August 24, 1964) is an American attorney and United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. [1] [2] Bush graduated from Harvard Law School and practiced in Washington, D.C., and Louisville, Kentucky, where he served as president of the local branch of the Federalist Society.
John K. Bush is a Circuit Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. His chambers are in Louisville, Kentucky. Prior to joining the court, Judge Bush was a partner in the Lou isville office of Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP, where he also was co-chair of the firm’s litigation department.
