The Graduate School of Medicine promotes and conducts leading-edge research in the life and health sciences, medicine, and nursing. Mailing of the Application Guide may be delayed if you fail to indicate the program for which you wish to sit the entrance exam (particularly for the Doctoral Program and the Doctoral Program in Medicine) and your desired department. Therefore, please confirm your desired program and major before lodging your request.

The Application Guide can only be obtained either directly from the Graduate Student Affairs Section counter or by postal mail (phone or fax orders will not be accepted).
