Eric Saarinen (born June 26, 1942) is an American cinematographer and film director. His parents were the architect Eero Saarinen and his first wife, the sculptor Lilian Swann Saarinen. Saarinen has photographed several features, including The Hills Have Eyes directed by Wes Craven and Lost in America directed by Albert Brooks.
Eric Saarinen was the first Cinematographer ever to be inducted into the American Society of Cinematographers because of his "Extraordinary Achievement in the Field of Television Commercials". Eric Saarinen is the son of Architect and Designer, Eero Saarinen.
