In 2017, Openreach proposed offering super-fast fibre broadband to 10 million homes by 2025, using fibre to the premises technology. In June 2017 Openreach demonstrated its version of G.fast technology, using "side pods" that can be bolted on to existing cabinets to offer potential UK broadband speeds of up to 100 Mbit/s.
How to contact Openreach. If you're at home or work and have a problem with your phone or broadband or want to change an engineer appointment you MUST contact your service provider (the people who you pay your bill to). They will raise the issue with us on your behalf.
