    Pachuca ( Spanish pronunciation: [paˈtʃuka] ⓘ; Mezquital Otomi: Nju̱nthe ), formally known as Pachuca de Soto, is the capital and largest city of the east-central Mexican state of Hidalgo, located in the south-central part of the state.
