Cătălina Ponor (Romanian pronunciation: [kətəˈlina poˈnor]; born 20 August 1987) is a Romanian former artistic gymnast who competed at three Summer Olympic Games: 2004, 2012, and 2016. She won three gold medals at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens on balance beam, floor and as part of the Romanian team.

Biography. Cătălina Ponor moved to the national training center in Deva in 2002 and competed at the 2003 World Championships, where she won three silver medals on beam, floor, and with the team. The following year she won gold medals in the same events at the 2004 European Championships before going to the Olympics.
