Apr 1, 2022 · Former Australian wicketkeeper and New South Wales captain Peter Nevill has announced his retirement from professional cricket, effective immediately. Speaking to reporters at the SCG on Friday morning, the 36-year-old confirmed the 2021/22 Sheffield Shield season would be his last, ending a stellar 13-year first-class career.
