Ajit Bhalchandra Agarkar (pronunciation ⓘ; born 4 December 1977) is a former Indian cricketer and a commentator. He is the chairman of the BCCI selection committee since July 4, 2023. He has represented India in more than 200 international matches across all three formats of the game.
Ajit Agarkar is a former Indian cricketer who played as a bowler and occasional batsman in Tests and ODIs. He was the fastest to 50 wickets in ODIs, made a Test hundred at Lord's, and led Mumbai to their 40th Ranji Trophy title.
