Max Emilian Verstappen ( Dutch pronunciation: [ˈmɑks vɛrˈstɑ.pə (n)]; born 30 September 1997) is a Belgian and Dutch [3] racing driver competing in Formula One under the Dutch flag for Red Bull Racing.
