Deena Michelle Kastor (née Drossin; born February 14, 1973) is an American long-distance runner. She was a holder of American records in the marathon (2006-2022) and numerous road distances. She won the bronze medal in the women's marathon at the 2004 Olympics in Athens, Greece.

Deena Kastor ran her first marathon in New York in 2001, breaking the American record in 2:26:58. She went on to win the London Marathon in 2003, breaking the American record again in 2:21:16.
