Grant David Elliott (born 21 March 1979) is a former New Zealand cricketer, who played all formats of the game. Primarily a batting all-rounder, Elliott contributed a man of the match performance to provide entrance to New Zealand's first ever World Cup final, by beating South Africa in 2015.
Grant Elliott is a right-handed batsman and medium-pacer who played for New Zealand from 2008 to 2016. He scored two ODI centuries, including a match-winning knock against Sri Lanka in the 2015 World Cup, and took 39 wickets in 83 ODIs.
Grant Elliott is a former allrounder who played for New Zealand in Tests, ODIs and T20Is. He is best known for his match-winning six against Australia in the 2015 World Cup semi-final.

- South African roots. Elliott was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, and played cricket at domestic level. He studied there at St Stithians along with couple of other international cricketers such as Michael Lumb and Jonathan Trott, who later moved to England.
