Helena Ignez (born May 23, 1942) is a Brazilian actress and filmmaker who participated in the Cinema Marginal movement during the 1960s and 70s alongside Rogério Sganzerla and Glauber Rocha.
Homenageada na Ásia e na Europa, no 20º Fribourg Festival, no 17º Festival of Kerala, no Grande Prêmio do Cinema Brasileiro e na 45ª Mostra de São Paulo (Prêmio Leon Cakoff). Em 2024 foi homenageada pelo Belas Artes com a inauguração de uma sala com seu nome, Sala Helena Ignez, além da Mostra Helena Ignez.
