Robert Drivas (born Robert Choromokos; November 21, 1935 – June 29, 1986) was an American actor and theatre director. Life and early career. Drivas studied at the University of Chicago and the University of Miami with further training at the Greek Playhouse in Athens, Greece.
Robert Drivas (1935-1986) was a stage and screen actor who appeared in Cool Hand Luke, The Illustrated Man, and The F.B.I. He also directed several plays and TV shows, but died of AIDS-related cancer at 50.
