Karina Smulders (Utrecht, 4 juni 1980) is een Nederlandse actrice. Zij verwierf in 1996 bekendheid als Lotje Konings in de soapserie Onderweg naar Morgen. In 1998 verliet ze de serie voor de Toneelschool in Amsterdam. Zij studeerde in 2002 af. Karina heeft zowel tijdens als na haar studie in diverse theaterproducties gespeeld.
