Gopal Datt is an Indian actor and writer. He studied acting at the National School of Drama (NSD) where he got in on his first attempt. Gopal Datt started as a theatre artist in 1999 until he got his first starring role in Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai.
Prior to landing his first major role in Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai, Gopal Datt began his career as a theater actor in 1999. He later starred in the National Award-winning Filmistaan and the popular Tere Naam, Samrat & Co.
Datt has also acted in films like- Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai, Tere Naam, etc. In 2014, he was also seen in the comedy film- Filmistaan. In 2015, with the arrival of new-age media like- TVF (The Viral Fever) and AIB (All India Bakchod), Datt became a recognisable face in the households.
