Jankidas was born in 1910 and died in 2003. He was an actor and producer in Indian cinema, known for Mayurpankh, Teesra Kaun and Yadon Ki Kasam. He was also a cyclist and the only Indian member at the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin.
