  4. Rapid Fire of Christopher Young at times feels like a Lethal Weapon score. Perhaps it's got something to do with the saxophone, the occasional electric guitar and the fact this crime thriller doesn't always play it dark.

Rapid Fire is ‘90s crime cliche to a pleasing degree, almost nostalgia-tingling with its gang boss back-stabbings, art-major-superfighter protagonist, bloody bombastic spectacle, and out-of-the-blue love interest. It all works really well though, thanks to Lee’s big charisma and amazing physicality.
