About Takuma Watanabe. In 2003, Takuma started as Barista and became a bartender at XEX Tokyo. Takuma was one of the opening members of Bar codename Mixology. In 2012-2013, Takuma made it to Top 10 in World Class and Casa Noble cocktail competition. Takuma moved to NY, inspired by Shingo Gokan.
