Silvio Narizzano (8 February 1927 – 26 July 2011) was a Canadian film and television director who worked primarily in the United Kingdom. His directorial credits included the critically acclaimed films Georgy Girl (1966), Loot (1970) and Why Shoot the Teacher?
Influenced by the French New Wave, he achieved his greatest cinematic acclaim as director of Georgy Girl (1966), a romantic comedy (considered risqué at the time) set in swinging 60's London, starring Lynn Redgrave and James Mason.
