Robert Leslie Hymers III serves as the managing partner of Pinnacle Consulting Services and Pinnacle Tax Services, the latter of which he founded in 2012. A longtime entrepreneur and financial executive, Robert L. Hymers has also held chief financial officer (CFO) roles at publicly traded companies and established many private companies.
An entrepreneur and accounting professional, Robert L. Hymers III has served as CEO of movie production company Pinnacle Entertainment since 2019. Additionally, he is a managing partner of Pinnacle Tax Services, which focuses on accounting services and complex tax debt solutions.
In addition, he has a broad range of experience, including ASC 740 tax provision audits, REIT compliance, preparation of 1120, 1065, and 1120S returns, M&A tax advisory work, multi-state tax compliance and international tax consulting. He is the founding Managing Editor of CSUN's The Tax Development Journal.
