Carol Baum (née Friedland) is an American movie producer best known for her work with Sandollar Productions. She is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. As of 2024, she teaches producing at the USC School of Cinematic Arts, and formally taught a similar class at the American Film Institute (AFI).
Carol Baum is a producer who has worked on films such as Fly Away Home, Shining Through and Dead Ringers. She is also the executive producer of several TV movies and documentaries, including What She Said: The Art of Pauline Kael.
