Chesterfield FC Community Trust was formed as a Company Limited by Guarantee in July 2009 and was registered as a charity in September 2009. We are independent to Chesterfield Football Club but we work very closely together sharing many resources.
Our state of the art community facility – the HUB opened its doors for the first time in October 2013. The facility; the only one of its kind in the Football League was made possible thanks to a £350,000 grant from the Premier League Community Facility Fund and a business loan from the Charity Bank.
As a Community Trust-run football club, Chesterfield FC will adhere to the following key principles: Use the power of football and Chesterfield FC to make a positive difference to the lives of the people of North Derbyshire and be recognised as an excellent employer.
