Sylvia Chang (born 21 July 1953) is a Taiwanese actress, singer, director, screenwriter and producer. In 1992, she served as a jury member at the 42nd Berlin International Film Festival. In June 2018, she was invited to become a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
