Amy Sommer is an American film producer. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Wellesley College and an M.A. from Columbia University. In 1993, she moved to Los Angeles to work at International Creative Management, which led to a position as Director of Development for Alexander/Enright Productions.
Amy Sommer is a post-doctoral Fellow at Harvard University. Her research focuses on leader and team effectiveness, especially during difficult situations and organizational crises. Specifically, she investigates four areas: (a) health care, (b) team dynamics and coaching, (c) decision-making, and (d) creativity.
