A early B-movie from RKO for Joan Fontaine to establish herself as a saving woman, guiding her lost man (John Beal) back on the right path. It's alright. Lacks a some in the writing, but it's got an idea where it wants to go.

When a plane piloted by Dr. James Stanton, Jr., a young Park Avenue surgeon, crashes in a storm, killing passenger Helen Richards, the wife of a fellow surgeon, a "love tryst" scandal hits the newspapers.
Young Jim Stanton is a conscientious surgeon, but spends too many off-duty hours pursuing his passion for aviation to suit his stuffy father. When it is discovered that a passenger killed in a plane that Jim crashes was a married woman, the resulting scandal prompts the hospital to put Jim on probation.
