Before British Berry Growers, Nick was the managing director of Berry Gardens from 1995 to 2017 and has been a director of British Berry Growers since 1999.

He was appointed a Recorder in 1999, a Circuit Judge in 2005, a Deputy High Court Judge in 2007, and Designated Family Judge for Hampshire from 2008 to 2012.
