Tredd Barton brought this products liability action against Husqvarna Consumer Outdoor Products, N.A., Inc. (“Husqvarna”), Kohler Co. (“Kohler”) and Lowe’s Home Centers, Inc. (“Lowe’s”) (collectively “appellees”) after Barton’s new lawnmower allegedly caught fire and burned down his barn.
