Gianfranco Parolini (20 February 1925 in Rome, Italy – 26 April 2018 in Rome, Italy) was an Italian film director. He is often credited as Frank Kramer. Among his films are The Sabata Trilogy, several sword and sandal films, most of the Kommissar X films and a number of Spaghetti Westerns.
Gianfranco Parolini was born on 20 February 1925 in Rome, Lazio, Italy. He was a writer and director, known for The Three Fantastic Supermen (1967), This Time I'll Make You Rich (1974) and The Secret of the Incas' Empire (1987). He died on 26 April 2018 in Rome, Italy.

Sabata ( Italian: Ehi amico... c'è Sabata. Hai chiuso!, lit. "Hey friend ... that's Sabata. You're finished!"), is a 1969 Italian Spaghetti Western directed by Gianfranco Parolini. It is the first film in The Sabata Trilogy by Parolini, and stars Lee Van Cleef as the title character.
