Cirio Hermoso Santiago (January 18, 1936 – September 26, 2008) was a Filipino film producer, director and writer. He used the screen names Cirio Santiago, Cirio H. Santiago, Leonardo Hermoso, and Leonard Hermes.

Cirio Santiago. Director/Producer/Writer. 18 January 1936 to 25 September 2008. A prolific Filipino filmmaker whose most notable work was produced under the aegis of Roger Corman, Santiago is best remembered for the exploitation movies TNT Jackson (1975) and She Devils In Chains (1976).
