RED MOON is MAMAMOO's seventh extended play, which was released on July 16, 2018. It is the second installment of the Four Seasons, Four Colors project, and Moon Byul's assigned album. "Egotistic" is the album's title track, and was released alongside the album.
The album includes the pre-release single "Rainy Season", released on July 1, 2018. Moon Byul's solo song for the album, "SELFISH", was previously released as her solo debut song on May 23, 2018; the song also features Seulgi. The album also has their Icarus M promotional song "Sky! Sky!" as a track, which was released on July 14, 2018.
