Nov 8, 2020 · Spoilers Ahead. The most common theory is that as long as the creator is dead, the created can go on to exist normally in time outside the house. And that Shane is the creator of the child that Kate is pregnant with in the last scene. But since Shane is dead, the child can live on normally. This is interesting an everything but is a flawed theory.
May 16, 2020 · Watched it and would say that it was really good. Of course, it's not gonna win and awards or be on anyones top horror film lists. But the story was pretty cool, and the premise was cool too. Was a bit weird of a movie but overall was a good watch. Would give it 7/10.

Cons: acting / cheesy lines towards the beginning. Some of the cheesy dialogue is due to the overly stereotypical characters, e.g. nerdy physics student, douche wallstreet guy. That said, the element of stereotypes is how these types of movies work (like Cube, Exam).
May 16, 2020 · Escape Room (2017) is not good and not scary but what bugged me most about it were all the unanswered questions it left at the end. I look forward to seeing the 'good' version.. . . . . All this time I've been thinking people were talking about Panic Room with Jodie Foster.
