Jul 18, 2021 · As Software Informer appears to be a third party program I’m surprised it was on a new PC. As it doesn’t appear anywhere that sounds more like malware at worst or an unwanted application at best. What has the seller/dealer told you to do? Revo is the best option for removal.

Now select 'Tool' then 'File Manager', select the pics / video from the top window and selecta destination folder on the bottom window, now press the cown arrow between the 2 screens to initiate transfer.
