The agent told me to log out of Revolut and clear the cache and data from the app, check for updates, and restart my phone and log in again.

Whenever I create another account with my email or number, it asks me to login to my old account, that i can't login to. Want to delete my old account, but i can't login to do that.

What you can try to do is also try to install it on a different phone or iPad (providing still your phone number) just to let it go through the first registration and activation phase.
