Oct 24, 2020 · One workaround could be if another bank you are with has an app which supports HSBC's OpenBanking API. This would allow you to at least view transactions/balance for both banks in one app. For example I have an RBS account and can view another current account in their app, they also lists HSBC support.

Mar 3, 2019 · Hsbc physical secure key replacement! I need a replacement due to a low battery. I picked this up in branch yet there are no instructions on how to replace an old (dying battery) secure key, only activate a new account or change to a digital. I am not interested in upgrading to a digital secure key at this time.
